These harrows feature a scarifying section followed by a chain section. The scarifying section tears up rank growth, aerating the soil and encouraging new growth. The chain section crushes clods, levels the ground and tidies the job up after scarification. These simple implements are the most useful tool for improving one’s pasture improving aeration and promoting better grass species. They are also the very best implement for scattering livestock manure so that it can release nutrients to the pasture.
